The Machame route is one of Kilimanjaro’s most popular climbs, known for varied scenery and a gradual ‘climb high, sleep low’ profile that helps acclimatization. You reach Uhuru Peak, Africa’s highest point at 5,895 metres, with licensed guides, porters and a cook supporting you throughout.
We arrange your driver-guide, accommodation and park permits, and every itinerary can be adjusted to your dates, interests and budget. Contact us for a personal quote.

Most visitors need a Tanzania visa, which you can apply for online through the official e-visa system before you travel. Check the current requirements for your nationality. Speak to your doctor or a travel clinic about vaccinations and malaria prevention.
You need good general fitness and should prepare with hiking before you travel. Altitude affects everyone differently, and no operator can guarantee that you will reach the summit. Our guides monitor your health throughout and may advise you to turn back for your safety.
